Westerner Park is seeking an Accounting Assistant summer student to join our team as part of the Canada Summer Jobs Program! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Creating sales invoices  
• Performing account reconciliations  
• Creating journal entries  
• Creating and reviewing monthly reports  
• Financial analysis for the Organization - gathering data for review   
• And more!

Is this you? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Attending a business related post secondary program , or a recent graduate, preferably with an Accounting focus , is an asset
• Accounting experience is an asset  
• Experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite  
• A pleasant, positive, and courteous attitude  
• Must qualify for the Canada Summer Jobs Program  

Rate of Pay: $18.00 Per Hour
Affiliation: Member of the Westerner Employee’s Association
Anticipated Start Date: TBD Pending funding and approval from Canada Summer Jobs
