As the Accounting Lead, you will oversee all core accounting functions, ensuring accurate operations, timely closings, and compliance with global standards. You'll lead and develop a dedicated team while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth-making a meaningful impact from day one.

Description

* Direct and oversee all aspects of the Accounting functions of the organization.
* Provide leadership in the development of continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
* Ensure credibility of the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
* Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.
* Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Profile

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

* Proven experience in accounting and finance.
* Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports.
* Good communication skills.
* Business English and Japanese required.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
* Knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
