日本最大級のニュースアプリである SmartNewsのビジネスは、パートナー企業様からご提供いただくコンテンツと広告主様からご出稿いただく広告によって成り立っています。
その中で、JP Ad Supportチームは、広告ビジネスにおける各種お問い合わせ対応や多様なオペレーションを管理し、日々の安定的な運営に加えて、業務プロセスの改善や効率化、機能の拡張にも積極的に取り組んでいます。また、営業チームへの支援を通じて、ビジネス全体の成長と発展に貢献しています。
業務内容
SmartNews Adsのサポート業務全般を担当し、ヘルプセンター運営や広告アカウント・予約型広告の運用、各種権限対応、業務設計・改善、プロダクト戦略との連携などを通じて、広告ビジネスの円滑な推進と効果最大化に貢献しています。
具体的な業務内容としては以下の通りです。
日本の広告ビジネスにおけるオペレーション／サポート業務の運営・効率化・拡大を担うチームの一員として、広告オペレーションやカスタマーサポートの知見、システム理解、業務設計力を活かし、実行と改善をリードすることで、SmartNews Adsの成長を支えていただきます。
