Requirements:
#Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
* Strip paint and prepares surfaces as required.
* Mix paints, primers, etc. according to specifications
* Perform layout and masking as necessary.
* Paints aircraft, small parts, and various surfaces according to required specifications.
* Perform miscellaneous paint operations and other duties as assigned.
#Education and Experience Requirements:
* High School education or equivalent
* Painting Aircraft sections so Blending experience is required
* Minimum 3 years Experience in all phases of painting aircraft
* Experience masking aircraft for paint preparation
* Experience sanding
* Must be able to use a respirator
* Must have own paint gun
