Job Title: Aerospace Assembler

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aircraft structures and components by following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and using specialized tools and jigs. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow assembly workbooks, visual aids, and engineering drawings.
• Use jigs, fixtures, and other tools to correctly position components (PVA parts).
• Perform drilling operations to specified tolerances, apply sealants, and install fasteners in compliance with engineering specifications.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining the quality standards set by the methods department.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Maintain established production standards and rates.
• Perform additional assembly-related tasks aligned with your skills and experience.

Qualifications:

• DEP in Aerospace Structural Assembly and/or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance , with fast-track training in aircraft structures.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as an assembler in the aeronautics industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
