必須の業務と責任（主要な活動)

• 空港に到着したゲストを出迎え、手荷物を預かり、移動手段まで案内する。
• ゲストの到着に関してフロントオフィスチームと明確なコミュニケーションを保つ。
• ホテルのサービスや地元の観光スポットに関する情報を提供する。
• 空港職員、入国審査官、税関職員と良好な関係を築く。
• ゲストの特別な要望をサポートし、快適さと満足感を提供する。
• 早朝、夜間、週末、祝祭日を含む柔軟なシフト勤務。

一般的なスキル

• 高級ホテルでのホスピタリティ経験者優遇。
• 細部にまで気を配り、プロ意識を持って接客できる方。
• 日本語と英語で流暢にコミュニケーションが取れる方（その他の言語も可能であれば尚可）。
• 荷物の取り扱いができる方。
• 清潔な運転記録が必要。
• 外国人の場合 日本の就労ビザを取得するためには、最低でも準学士号または学士号が必要です。

Job Summary

Rosewood Miyakojima is seeking a professional and welcoming Airport Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a seamless arrival experience for our guests by greeting them at the airport, assisting with luggage, and coordinating transportation to the resort. The ideal candidate will have a warm and engaging personality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs to ensure a memorable first impression.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests upon arrival at the airport, assist with baggage, and escort them to their transportation.
• Maintain clear communication with the Front Office team regarding guest arrivals.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Build strong relationships with airport personnel, immigration, and customs officers.
• Assist guests with any special requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required Skills – General skills:

• Previous hospitality experience in a luxury setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Must be physically capable of assisting with luggage handling.
• A clean driving record is required.
• For foreign candidates: A minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree is required to qualify for a Japanese work visa.
