We’re currently looking for an experienced, in-office Allied Healthcare Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-performing team within our Travel and Allied divisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, face-to-face environment and has a strong track record in healthcare recruiting.

What You’ll Do:

• Use your expertise to recruit and place top-tier allied health professionals in travel assignments across the country
• Build and manage strong relationships with both candidates and client healthcare facilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placements and a seamless candidate experience
• Stay current on industry trends and leverage your insights to drive placement success
• Deliver an outstanding experience to both clients and clinicians, from initial contact through assignment completion

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in allied healthcare recruiting is required
• In-depth knowledge of the travel staffing industry, specifically Allied Health disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, results-driven approach
• Must be available to work on-site/in-office – we believe the best collaboration happens face-to-face
• Motivated, organized, and ready to contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability
