What will your role be?

We are seeking Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable analytics applications and robust data pipelines that empower our business teams with actionable insights. You will work with Digital Project Managers, PSL Leads, and the Head of Digital to align development efforts with transformation goals. with This hybrid role combines responsibilities in data engineering, web application development, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong emphasis on the Skywise (Palantir) platform and modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will be a key contributor to our data-driven transformation strategy across North America and will collaborate closely with global teams based in Europe.

Activities:

Application & Pipeline Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications (React, Node.js, MongoDB)
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using tools like Skywise, Palantir Foundry, and SQL-based systems
• Refactor and modernize legacy applications for enhanced performance and maintainability
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations to meet analytical needs

Collaboration & Integration

• Translate business requirements into functional, technical solutions
• Work closely with Digital Project Managers, PSL Leads, and the Head of Digital to align on digital transformation goals
• Coordinate with our SAP development team and business key users across North America
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team and Cloud & Automation team in Europe for platform integration and hosting

Data Governance & Optimization

• Implement best practices for data quality, security, and governance
• Ensure applications comply with internal policies and scalability standards
• Create technical documentation and support training for end-users and stakeholders

Agile Development & Reporting

• Participate in Agile (SAFE/Scrum) development cycles with global cross-functional teams
• Communicate updates, risks, and results to supervisors and stakeholders
• Contribute to cloud modernization and migration strategies.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB; experience with Angular and NestJS is a plus
• Strong experience with analytics and data integration platforms such as Skywise, Palantir Foundry, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with ETL/ELT pipeline design and execution
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, PySpark, or Scala for data processing
• Familiarity with GitHub or GitLab for version control and DevOps workflows
• Strong understanding of data modeling, cloud architecture, and system integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams
• Fluency in French is plus
