We create world-class content, which we distribute across our portfolio of film, television, and streaming, and bring to life through our theme parks and consumer experiences. We own and operate leading entertainment and news brands, including NBC, NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC Sports, Telemundo, NBC Local Stations, Bravo, USA Network, and Peacock, our premium ad-supported streaming service. We produce and distribute premier filmed entertainment and programming through Universal Filmed Entertainment Group and Universal Studio Group, and have world-renowned theme parks and attractions through Universal Destinations & Experiences. NBCUniversal is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation.

Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

概要（ポジションの目的）/ Overview

プロジェクト責任者として、アニメ作品の企画・制作から収益化までを統括。製作委員会の組成、宣伝、品質管理、メディア展開、商品化・ライセンス事業の推進を担い、事業の成長を実現する。

主な職務と責任 /Key Responsibilities

原作を発掘・開発し、必要に応じて製作委員会を組成/運営し、制作、商品化の流れから宣伝までを一貫してコントロールすることにより、期待される収益を実現し、下記の流れをリードする。

• 原作の発掘・開発：市場調査を行い収益化が見込める原作を選定し、権利許諾を交渉
• 企画立案：投資提案・損益計算書を作成し、経営陣の承認を取得
• 事業戦略の策定：事業計画を策定し、社内外のステークホルダーと調整
• 製作委員会の組成・運営：委員会を設立し、プロジェクトの進行・収益化を管理
• 品質管理：アニメ制作・宣伝にかかわる脚本・映像・音楽の監修および品質管理
• 収益化施策の実行：計画に基づく事業推進とマーケ・プロモーション展開

必須または望ましい資格・スキル・経験 / Skills and Experiences

• 原作、アニメ、音楽制作の要点と制作プロセスの基本知識
• ライセンスに関する知識と経験(権利構造や印税など)
• 各種契約を取りまとめる知識と経験
• 事業や投資収益モデルを理解した上で提案書を作成するスキル
• 出資パートナーや制作スタジオ等に対する交渉力

• 将来の商品化/権利化に対する構想力
• 海外のパートナー/顧客に対する説明能力
• 複数の案件を動かすプロジェクトマネジメント力
