Lead APAC benefits administration for a top-tier investment bank – a dynamic role offering significant impact and global exposure.■About the companyOur client is a leading global investment bank renowned for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions, and financial advisory. With a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, they offer a collaborative and challenging work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the key point of contact for all employee benefits programs across the Asia-Pacific region. You will manage relationships with vendors, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide exceptional support to employees. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
・Fluency in Japanese and English.
・3+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in APAC.
・Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance in APAC.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
・Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
・Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
・Experience with Workday is preferred.
・Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
