Summary Reporting to the IT Director of Development, the Application Developer II will develop and support mission-critical applications, managing websites, e-commerce solutions, APIs, and more. Creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving are essential. The role involves collaboration with senior IT staff to leverage modern tools, cloud technologies, system integrations, and platforms like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NAV ERP, WordPress, Magento 2, and Drupal 10. Prior experience with these platforms is advantageous but not mandatory; a foundational understanding and quick learning ability are required. Core Responsibilities Support various business units with troubleshooting, configuration, and inquiries. Manage and enhance Magento sites, perform updates, and implement new features. Maintain Drupal CMS with internal teams or external agencies. Advise leadership on application capabilities and technical solutions. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Strong programming and database fundamentals. Problem-solving skills and creativity. Effective communication across global teams. Positive, realistic attitude under pressure. Proactive learner eager to adopt new technologies. Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of hands-on development experience with Magento, Drupal, WordPress, or related PHP frameworks. Success in at least one project with significant custom development. Preferred Experience Proficiency in Magento 2, Drupal 8-10, WordPress. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to adapt to various systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CMS platforms, ERP systems. Performance Measures Timely project delivery and quality. Achievement of goals and objectives.
