Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading medical device manufacturer who is hiring an Assembly Technician to join their team. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly Technician will read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions to perform accurate assembly of components and equipment.
• Technician will utilize hand tools, measuring equipment to assemble and install parts.
• Technician will perform quality checks and inspections to ensure the accuracy and functionality of assembled components.
• Technician will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges during the assembly process.
• Technician will perform reliability testing, configuring machines, performing product and subsystem testing, running machinery, and documenting test results.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years Mechanical Assembly background
• Candidates must have experience in building or assembling electromechanical systems, wire harnesses, custom cables, mechanical assembly, and disassembly following engineering procedures.
• Candidates must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Candidates must be familiar with using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment used in mechanical assembly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
