• Expertise in biochemical assay automation and high-throughput laboratory workflows.
• Familiarity with process validation and transitioning automation workflows from development to full-scale production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve automation issues in real-time.
• Highly analytical, with a problem-solving mindset focused on optimizing lab workflows.
