＜ ROLE AND DEPARTMENT ＞

We’re looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our Lux Sales team. Reporting to a Retail Manager/ BA Trainer, you will maximize COTY corporate values through sales activities and engage customers.

Lux Sales team に Join して頂けるビューティーアドバイザーを募集しております。

Retail Manager 及び BA Trainer にレポートして頂きながら、店頭でのセールス活動を通して、コティが持つコーポレートバリューを最大化して頂く事が最大のミッションになります。

＜ Position ＞

1. Reports to Lux Counter Manager
2. Employment type: Full time

ポジション

1. Counter Manager へのレポート
2. 雇用形態： 正社員（フルタイム）
3. 勤務地：百貨店への配属（異動あり）

＜ THE ROLE ＞

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Understanding the strategy of both brand and company
2. Execute excellence in the counter to engage our customer.
3. Strong commitment in sales

＜ WHAT YOU’LL BRING ＞

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Required

1. Over 1 year demonstrated experience in Luxury Beauty cosmetics
2. Over 1  year demonstrated experience at Department Stores
3. High communication skill
4. Problem solving skill

必要な経験・スキル

1. ラグジュアリービューティ業界における、1 年以上のご経験
2. 百貨店における、1 年以上のご経験
3. 高いコミュニケーションスキル
4. 柔軟性を持ちながら物事に取り組む姿勢
