Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and driven Project Manager to lead projects in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership abilities and a strong technical background.

Description

- Organize and lead the team's customer success and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for platforms (clients).

- Oversee the onboarding process from initial assessment through to final deliverables, ensuring all client requirements are met.

- Define, implement, and continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Coordinate and facilitate communication among various stakeholders across departments in Rakuten to ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Negotiate with stakeholders to establish clear expectations and resolve any conflicts that may arise.

- Identify and proactively remove blockers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

- Monitor project progress, performance, and budget adherence, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Profile

- 3-5 years of project management experience in web/cloud service development.

- Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

- Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives simultaneously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

- Ability to take the lead and initiative in proposing process enhancements to improve efficiency.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
