Take charge of brand strategy and execution for a growing tech brand in Japan. This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role that drives growth through data and creativity.

Description

* Own and lead brand strategy in the Japanese market.
* Develop and implement mid-to-long-term brand strategies and short-term revenue growth plans.
* Analyze consumer data and market trends to inform decisions.
* Lead media planning, creative direction, and quality control of brand assets.
* Align branding efforts with global HQ while maintaining local relevance.
* Manage P&L and work cross-functionally across multinational teams.

Profile

* Experience developing and executing brand/marketing strategies.
* Skilled in media planning, creative direction, and consumer data analysis.
* Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
* Strong project management and logical thinking skills.
* Enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Background in startups, consulting, IT, or related industries is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with consumer research (quantitative and qualitative) is desirable.
