AEM experience is mandatory

Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert

Location : Toronto, ON

Location type: Hybrid; Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday on site

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years experience required as a Business Systems Analyst within financial services
• Technical familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a requirement
• Experience with migration to cloud required. Platform leveraged is AEM, will be moving AEM on- prem to AEM cloud
• Comfortable working in Agile frameworks and with tools like JIRA. Familiarity with Jira required as they will be writing user stories
• Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
• Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
• A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Aggregate, analyze, and organize large volumes of data to derive actionable insights.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with corporate data governance policies.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
