As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights and solutions to complex business challenges. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading key goal accomplishment across consumer and commercial analytics functions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop data solutions, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Effectively communicating system and analytical changes to the business, translating complex information into clear, concise language.
  • Validating key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing queries to measure business performance.
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to investigate and understand data anomalies and outliers.
  • Developing data governance standards encompassing data ingestion, product dictionaries, and documentation.
  • Developing SQL queries and data visualizations to meet ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Organizing and transforming complex information into comprehensible structures.
  • Using data to predict trends and conduct statistical analysis.
  • Applying data mining techniques to extract information, identify correlations, and uncover patterns within datasets.
  • Monitoring data quality and ensuring data integrity by removing corrupt data.
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and frameworks for high-volume data processing.
  • Improving existing processes through automation and streamlined workflows.
  • Building and delivering scalable data and analytics solutions.
  • Proactively identifying, exploring, and solving problems independently.
  • Designing and building innovative data and analytics solutions to support critical decision-making.
  • Supporting standard methodologies in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modeling, validation, and documentation.
  • Independently conducting end-to-end analyses to inform product strategy, data architecture, and reporting decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials and Operations.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
  • Proven ability to aggregate data from various sources.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx.
  • Expertise in process mapping and process evolution.
  • Experience with process changes related to supplier volume allocation.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.99 to $43.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
