About the Role

On behalf of our client in the Pharmacy industry , Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Business Analyst – Customer Service, Logistic and Warehousing ready to take on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join our team for a global ERP deployment project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 F&O, focusing on the Sale and Marketing, TMS and Warehouse modules. As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the company’s operational needs and global standards. Your expertise in Sale and Marketing, Logistic and warehousing will help streamline our operations, reduce

costs, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations.
  • Support the global deployment of Microsoft D365 F&O, with a focus on Sale and Marketing, TMS and Warehouse modules.
  • Support configuration of D365 F&O modules in line with global best
  • Analyze current business processes in Customer Service, Logistic and warehousing to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process optimizations, ensuring the ERP solution is aligned with the organization’s global operational strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (CS-Warehouse, supply chain, Production, IT, and finance) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of D365 F&O.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with key stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions.
  • Assist in data migration, ensuring accurate data mapping and validation from legacy systems to D365 F&O.
  • Collaborate with the reporting team to design custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into Customer Service, Logistic and Warehouse.

Your Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Customer Service/Experience and Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects, with a focus on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Strong experience in the Sale and Marketing, TMS, Warehouse modules within D365 F&O.

Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O, including hands-on configuration and optimization.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and process automation within D365 F&O.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced global project environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; French is an asset.
