• Position Title : Business Development Manager for Fire Protection Market in Asia
• Work Location : Flexible (Major cities in Asia)
• Employment Type : Full - time

Core Responsibilities

 

1. Market Strategy and Expansion
   • Formulate and implement the development plan for the fire protection market in Asia, with a focus on fire departments, emergency rescue agencies, industrial customers, and channel partners.
   • Analyze regional market trends, identify potential customer needs, and drive the sales growth of fire protection supporting products.
2. Customer Relationship Management
   • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with fire protection industry associations, government agencies, large - scale end - customers, and distributors.
3. Cross - departmental Collaboration
   • Coordinate with product, technical, and supply chain teams to customize localized solutions and ensure a prompt response to customer needs.
4. Goal Achievement and Review
   • Achieve annual sales targets and regularly submit regional market analysis reports and action plans.

Qualifications

 

1. Educational Background
   • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business management, marketing, fire engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
   • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the fire protection or industrial protection field.
3. Core Competencies
   • Excellent business acumen, capable of independently developing new customers and managing complex projects.
   • Strong cross - cultural communication skills, fluent in English and at least one language in the Asia - Pacific region (such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.).
   • Be able to adapt to frequent business trips.
