- Collaborate with key stakeholders across OTR, DPM, Finance, Central Operations, Fleet, AM Flex, and EU Central Planning.
- Drive improvements in capacity management by identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Engage with senior AMZL leaders, providing updates and recommendations on capacity planning.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous situations, ensuring alignment across partner teams and leadership.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and identify practical solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive clarity from ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in reporting and presenting insights to leadership.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of last-mile logistics in Japan, ensuring we continue to delight our customers with fast, reliable deliveries. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact and drive operational excellence at a national scale, we’d love to hear from you!
