The Category Manager(CM) will be responsible for developping and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, incremase penetration / market share, and ultimately contribute to the company's overall growth and success. This position will lead a category/segments in charge on the points of view and processes for identifying market trends and growth opportunities, diagnosing customer needs and behaviors, predicting likely competitive dynamics, and analyzing the economics of the business so that the Reckitt Japan can make effective choices to maximize competitive advantage. This position will maximize a value of the category/segments by driving and implementing these marketing activities. Influencing our internal/external stakeholders at all levels including local management team/region/group to take a necessary action is required. Finally, this position develops a continuous product pipeline for the category/segments for Reckitt Japan business sustainability.
