Spearhead fund-raising activities for a global startup. Develop relationships with local and global banks and come up with creative funding solutions for the company.

Description

* Communication with domestic and international VCs, operating companies, and financial institutions, and establishment of fundraising activities (equity/loan) and financing schemes.
* Preparation of business plans and planning and execution of financial strategies.
* Communication with stakeholders (investors, banks, auditing firms, securities firms, etc.) Communication with stakeholders (investors, banks, auditors, securities firms, etc.).
* Build and expand the Finance team.

Profile

A successful CFO should have:

* Experience in financial advisor, particularly in Investment Banking (M&A, Debit/Equity Capital Markets) or Private Equity is highly desirable.
* Experience in capital raising for either one's own company, or one's clients will be a plus.
* Ability to travel overseas.
* Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
