Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of stablecoin products, including developing long-term strategies, roadmaps, and iteration plans to drive product development from concept to launch and scalable growth.
• Gain in-depth insights into stablecoin use cases, identify user pain points, and design product features that align with compliance, security, and user experience requirements.
• Collaborate closely with blockchain development teams to design core mechanisms for stablecoin issuance, redemption, and liquidation, ensuring the stability and scalability of the underlying technical architecture.
• Stay updated on global stablecoin regulatory policies (e.g., AML/KYC, reserve audits, cross-border compliance) and ensure product designs adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, computer science, blockchain technology, mathematics, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, payment systems, or blockchain industries, with proven experience leading end-to-end design of stablecoin, digital currency, or cross-border payment products (hands-on experience in launching products from 0 to 1 is a plus).
• Deep understanding of mainstream stablecoin mechanisms (e.g., USDT’s fiat-collateralized model, USDC’s regulated approach, DAI’s algorithmic design) and the ability to evaluate their strengths/weaknesses to select optimal solutions for specific business scenarios.
