Job Description

Why BoomerangFX?

BoomerangFX is more than just a SaaS tech company — we’re North America’s fastest-growing cloud-based enterprise software and digital marketing platform for private-pay aesthetic medical practices. Our clients span dermatology, med spa, plastic surgery, women’s health, cosmetic vision, dental, and hair restoration clinics.

Backed by international private equity, BoomerangFX is uniquely positioned in a resilient and rapidly growing market. Our leadership team brings experience from Silicon Valley, Fortune 100 tech, fintech, and digital marketing. Our SaaS platform unifies EMR, practice management, analytics, digital advertising, and lead generation, helping thousands of providers scale intelligently.

With rapid expansion across North America and into global markets like Mexico, Australia, and the UK, BoomerangFX offers the opportunity to shape the future of private healthcare tech. Join a high-performing team that values innovation, bold execution, and continuous learning. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and a collaborative on-site culture.

Location: This is a 5-day on-site role based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Role: Chief of Staff – Strategic Initiatives (C-Suite Level)

As Chief of Staff – Strategic Initiatives , you will be the right hand to the CEO, driving high-impact projects across the business from strategy through execution. You’ll be deeply embedded in the company’s most critical initiatives — including market expansion, M&A, product launches, and operational scaling — and serve as a force multiplier for the executive team.

This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility role ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and can drive alignment across product, operations, finance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Execution

  • Drive the CEO’s top priorities from strategy through execution, ensuring momentum and accountability.
  • Align cross-functional teams around key OKRs , company goals, and strategic priorities.
  • Identify roadblocks early and implement solutions quickly in collaboration with department leads.

Corporate Development & Partnerships

  • Lead mission-critical growth initiatives , including new market entry, product expansion, and M&A.
  • Source and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition targets; manage execution from diligence to integration.
  • Approach corporate development from an operator-first mindset, not a transactional one.

Special Projects & Cross-functional Ops

  • Lead special projects that fall outside traditional departmental boundaries but are crucial to scaling the business.
  • Create systems and frameworks to improve decision-making, operational clarity, and company-wide execution.

Executive Enablement & Communication

  • Serve as a proxy for the CEO in select meetings ; ensure strategic alignment and follow-through.
  • Draft executive communications, board materials, and investor updates with clarity and impact.
  • Act as a coach, sounding board, and thought partner to other senior leaders.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of trends in healthcare, SaaS, and digital health.
  • Proactively surface strategic threats and opportunities, and work with the CEO to respond.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required .
  • 5–10+ years of experience in high-growth environments — ideally in tech, SaaS, or healthcare.
  • Track record of executing cross-functional initiatives, leading without authority, and driving alignment at scale.
  • Experience in corporate development, M&A, or partnerships , with a bias toward action and value creation.
  • Exceptional communicator and systems thinker — able to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and operating at speed.
  • Bonus: Experience scaling companies or business units from early or growth stages.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base + 30% performance bonus.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision.
  • Extras: Paid time off, free on-site parking, and on-site gym access.

BoomerangFX is an equal opportunity employer. If you require accommodations during the hiring process, please contact us at recruitment@boomerangfx.com .
