As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s strategic right hand—guiding initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Position Overview

The Chief of Staff will be a trusted advisor and high-level partner to the CEO, serving as the integrator for strategic execution across the firm. This leader will be responsible for advancing the firm’s strategic and operational agenda, maintaining visibility into performance, and ensuring coordination among senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in management consulting, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record of success in Chief of Staff or similar executive roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO to execute a strategic and operational agenda that aligns with the firm’s broader consulting vision and priorities.
  • Interpret and translate the CEO’s vision into actionable initiatives—ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide transparency into the performance and health of sub-business units; monitor key metrics and ensure leadership is equipped with timely, accurate insights.
  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, from initial planning through execution, with a strong focus on scope, accountability, and impact.
  • Regularly engage with the Consulting Leadership Team to ensure alignment, visibility, and collaboration on major projects and decisions.
  • Coordinate strategic planning processes, define clear goals for project teams, and track performance against objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships across a highly matrixed organization to promote collaboration, operational excellence, and consistent delivery.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for communications, priorities, and cross-functional projects—ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Provide leadership in building organizational capabilities by identifying gaps, developing strategies to close them, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Oversee systems and processes to support both short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the consulting budget and ensure financials and other key business metrics are monitored and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop executive-level deliverables and presentations for key meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews, board meetings, and strategic offsites.
  • Proactively communicate project milestones, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders across business units and horizontal leadership teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience , including a minimum of 3-5 years in a Chief of Staff, COO, or senior strategic advisory role .
  • Extensive management consulting experience —must have held senior-level roles in consulting environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead through influence, drive decision-making, and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Demonstrated success building organizational systems and leading operational transformation.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare industry experience —ideally within healthcare consulting, systems, or services.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments and partnering with cross-functional leadership teams.
