Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our executive team. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership in strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and business development. This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to negotiate, and a passion for process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of operations management and strategic planning to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key projects.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance productivity across the organization.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership meetings, summarizing key findings and actionable insights.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as Chief of Staff within a corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in contract management or business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; an MBA is preferred.
