Allergychoices is looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team, as the Chief Operations Officer, in our Onalaska Wisconsin office. The COO is responsible for providing guidance, direction, and overall leadership for the organization's operational activities. The objective of this position is to maximize growth and profitability by effectively communicating strategy, upholding the company's mission and values, and overseeing daily operations and functions.

The COO directly oversees the managers of the company and they are responsible for the overall management needed to achieve customer satisfaction. The role involves interpreting policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates, while also supervising and evaluating the performance of employees. Additionally, the COO works in tandem with the Executive Team to establish goals, objectives, and performance plans to drive success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.
• Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plans for growth and profit.
• Provides direction and structure for operating units including pharmacy, administration, human resources, accounting/AP/AR, sales, and marketing.
• Research and implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
• Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, and employee retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive leadership for the development, planning of and execution of the company’s strategic marketing and communication plan.
• Lead compliance efforts related to all operational issues throughout organizational units.
• Follow direction set by the Executive Team.

Nice to Have:

• Pharmacy Operations or Healthcare Operations experience

Location: In person at our Onalaska, Wisconsin location - relocation assistance provided for the right candidate
