Job Description:
- This position is an important role that connects Cisco with our customers. You will be a part of the technical support service team for customers who use Cisco products as their core business systems. This service team aims to maximize the availability and functionality of the system to achieve the customer's business goals, and you will be responsible for part of that service and manage it to ensure that the entire service is delivered.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years related work experience
- The ability to move freely between the concrete and the abstract, and to provide information of the right granularity at the right time to management and engineers at all levels both inside and outside the company, in order to motivate them.
- Strong will and drive to lead problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Basic Excel operations (graph creation/VLOOKUP level)

Preferred qualification:
- Bachelor's degree + 7 years related experience or Master's degree + 4 years related experience
- Experience of mid- to long-term (3 years or more) engagement with specific clients
- More than 3 years of experience as a network engineer, SE, or PM
- 3+ years of experience as a support engineer
- Experience with macro processing using Python etc.
