A&A Contracting is a Whitehorse based construction company that offers a range of services to both residential and commercial customers from trucking to heavy construction. We are looking to hire Class 1 & 3 Truck Drivers for the 2025 season.

Job Description

• Safely operate and drive vehicles in accordance with A&A Contracting’s policy and safety standards.
• Responsible for oversight of vehicle:
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections.
• Monitor the condition of equipment.
• Document and report any mechanical issues or damage.
• Deliver gravel to jobsites.
• Clean, grease and perform minor maintenance to equipment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of truck driving experience.
• Clean drivers abstract provided with application.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Heavy hauling experience and the ability to self-load are considered assets.
• Valid First Aid certificate is an asset.
