About Our Client: Our Client is a leader in employee recognition SaaS, specializing in strategic recognition and reward solutions that drive exceptional performance and appreciation.

Role Overview: As a Client Success Specialist (CSS), you'll be pivotal in ensuring the success of our SaaS client solutions. You'll manage ongoing strategic initiatives, drive project success, and build robust client relationships within an assigned account portfolio. You will serve as the main contact for after-sale support, proactively guiding clients, resolving issues, and ensuring retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
• Provide guidance, training, and support on products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology or program issues; collaborate with internal teams for complex issues.
• Monitor client product usage, prepare usage reports, and suggest improvements.
• Share growth opportunities with the Sales team and best practices with peers.
• Manage client invoicing issues and assist with CRM tools.
• Handle multiple projects, timelines, and internal training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Conversational French language skills are required.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptability to new systems.
• Professional demeanor, strong presentation skills, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Post-secondary education and at least two years of relevant experience.
