Gameday is excited to welcome a 2nd Nurse Practitioner to our growing team!

Duties:

• Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Shockwave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix
• Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results
• Providing patient education
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Working together with RPNs and an operations manager
• Maintaining clinic census goals
• Complying with federal, provincial, and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

Qualifications:

• Two years of NP experience
• Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice or in a private clinic or medspa is an advantage.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active provincial license in good standing, active Controlled Substance Registration.

Pay: $65.00-$85.00 per hour

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
