職務詳細:

• プロジェクト実装ライフサイクルの専門知識を提供し、最終結果が許容基準（品質、量、適時性など）を満たしている限り、プロジェクトの技術分野における専門的な活動の計画／実行の責を有します
• プロジェクトプランニング、リソース配分、リスク管理、予算ならびにインボイスの作成などを含めた、プロジェクトデリバリープロセスの管理
• プロジェクトデリバリー成功のための、エンジニアリング部門内のクロス・ファンクショナル・チーム間の調整を実施
• ステータスレポート、リスク評価、進捗レポートなどをはじめとするプロジェクトの最新情報を定期的にお客様や社内ステークホルダーに提供
• プロジェクトにおけるリスクと問題を管理し、お客様や社内のステークホルダーにリスクを上申し、リスク軽減ならびに緊急時対応計画を定義して、タイムリーな解決を実現

Job Description:

• Provides expertise for the project implementation life cycle and is responsible for planning/executing technical activities in the technical areas of the project as long as the result meets acceptable standards (quality, quantity, timeliness, etc.)
• Manage the project delivery process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting and invoicing
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the engineering department for successful project delivery
• Provide regular project updates, including status reports, risk assessments and progress reports, to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, escalate risks to clients and internal stakeholders, and define risk mitigation and contingency plans to ensure timely resolution

• クラウドならびに仮想化技術（AWS が望ましい）プロジェクトの管理経験
• 最適化が必要な領域でクラウドプラットフォームサービス、アプリケーション、モニタリングサービスを活用するプロジェクトの管理・プランニング経験
• 特にハイパースケーラーマーケットで採用されているイノベーティブなプラクティス（MLDevOps、自動化、AI/ML など）を取り入れ、開始して、チームのコラボレーションのオペレーション効率を推進する能力
• 日本語ならびに英語での読み書きならびに会話による優れたたコミュニケーション能力
• 地域間のスムーズな会話 ― 特に現地チームが日本語のみを話し、オフショアチームが英語のみを話す場合 ― の促進
• アジャイルまたはウォーターフォール手法を活用してエンタープライズレベルの IT コンサルティングプロジェクトを提供したした豊富な実務経験
• プロジェクトを納品するためにアジャイルまたはウォーターフォール手法を活用した経験
• アジャイルならびにプロジェクト管理ツールセット（Miro、Jira、RallyDev など）の経験
• 会議を円滑に進め、会議での決定事項をフォローアップする能力
• 職務の一環として、必要に応じてお客様の拠点や社内イベントに出張する必要があります。バイリンガル（日本語と英語）の知識は必須です
• Related experience: At least 5 years
• Personal credibility from the customer's perspective is a must
• Experience managing cloud and virtualization technology (preferably AWS) projects
• Experience managing and planning projects that utilize cloud platform services, applications and monitoring services in areas requiring optimization
• Ability to adopt and initiate innovative practices (MLDevOps, automation, AI/ML, etc.) adopted especially in the hyperspace market to drive operational efficiency in team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
• Smooth communication across regions - Facilitate the process, especially when the local team only speaks Japanese and the offshore team only speaks English
• Expert experience in delivering enterprise-level IT consulting projects leveraging Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects
• Experience with Agile and project management tool sets (e.g. Miro, Jira, RallyDev)
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up on decisions made during meetings
• As part of the job, you will be required to travel to client locations and internal events as required. Bilingual (Japanese and English) knowledge is a must

歓迎:

• コンピュータサイエンスの学士号取得
• プロジェクト管理認定資格（APM、CSM、PMI-ACP、PRINCE2 SAFe（Scaled Agile）など）
• AWS／クラウドの経験がある認定資格者
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Project Management certification (e.g. APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 SAFe (Scaled Agile))
• Certified candidate with AWS/Cloud experience
