Cloud Engineering Manager

$190,000 - $210,000

We are partnering with a fast-growing non-profit dedicated to transforming learning environments through technology. They are seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead their AWS infrastructure strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Lead automation of infrastructure deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization strategies.
• Oversee infrastructure security, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Mentor and lead a team of cloud engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing cloud solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing small teams
• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Engineer).
• Expertise in AWS, Terraform/CloudFormation, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

The Benefits:
