We are looking for a manager for our coffee shop that is adjacent to a 25-unit extended stay motel where 6 other motels are within a 3-block radius. In addition, there are many single-family homes and apartments within walking distance and other businesses along side where several thousand people travel on the busiest street in Lawton. Lawton is a city of 90,000 residents and home to one of the largest Army bases in the United States. THERE ARE NO OTHER COFFEE SHOPS IN THE AREA!
