Join the growing team at HOODZ of Exton —a leading provider of commercial kitchen cleaning services across Southeast Pennsylvania. We’re hiring Commercial Cleaning Technicians to help us keep our clients safe, clean, and compliant. Whether you're an experienced technician or just getting started, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Compensation: $40,000–$55,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | Night/Early Morning or Day Shifts

Location: Office in Exton, PA | Jobs within 25–50 mile radius

Overtime Available & Unlimited

$40,000 - $55,000

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, and fans)
• Travel to client locations (within 25–50 miles) and prepare job sites professionally
• Operate pressure washers and other specialized tools to remove grease buildup
• Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures to meet compliance standards
• Work in confined spaces and at heights using ladders and harnesses
• Document your work with photos and reports
• For experienced candidates: take on leadership responsibilities and assist with team coordination

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, standing)
• Willingness to work overnight or early morning shifts
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Experience in trades, construction, or technician roles is a plus
• Hood cleaning experience is a bonus—but not required. We’ll train the right person!
