Painless Pregnancy is a concierge physical therapy company dedicated to providing the highest quality care to pregnant and postpartum women. We are seeking an empathetic and compassionate Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach, engagement, and impact of Painless Pregnancy’s programs and services. As part of the team, it is important that the Coordinator have a visible presence with community partners by conducting site visits and participating in community events.

$20/hr

• Establishing, cultivating and maintaining relationships with local community partners via phone calls and emails (OBGYN groups, midwives, birthing centers, mental health counselors, lactation consultants, birth photographers, newborn photographers)
• Continually researching new providers in the community to build up a bank of "birth tribe" members in all geographical areas
• Identify and engage potential partners and collaborators to enhance program offerings and outreach
• Managing referral relationships and maintaining referral data and reporting
• Scheduling meetings 
• Maintain accurate records of each doctor's office and manage correspondence/relationship with administrators
• Manage orders for PT Marketing Visits
• Assisting with event coordination: planning, providing communication documents and scheduling, other activities as needed.
• Placing orders for marketing materials and implementing current marketing tools relevant to the industry
• Managing inventory of supplies for tracking purposes

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
• Must be a resident in South Florida
• Full-time availability
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled in developing and nurturing long-term client partnerships
• Comfortable with CRM systems such as Monday.com, Google docs, and Kajabi
• Experience navigating complex work processes
• Experience in healthcare or wellness industry preferred
• Empathy and compassion for engaging with pregnant and postpartum issues
