業務内容
Formulation and updating of regional policies and procedures to align with relevant global policies and procedures.Implementation and management of compliance training.Provide guidance on proposed business initiatives, identify basic legal, regulatory, and compliance issues, and work with Legal and other functions, as appropriate, to propose solutions.Support for Health Care Professionals (HCP) engagement process.Proactive advisor to associates to ensure appropriate business conduct from a compliance perspective.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a compliance program consistent with Japanese law and industry codes.Actively monitor/assess risks and internal controls to inform risk-based priorities, risk assessments, and monitoring work plans.Partner and collaborate with Compliance Associates to implement global compliance initiatives and projects.Conduct and remediate investigations and other assessments.Provide Compliance Program support in the broader Asia Pacific region (up to 30% of time), including:Internal-facing compliance support for policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and auditing.External-facing compliance support for third-party sales distributors/agents, consistent with the Channel Partner Compliance Program.If necessary, conduct activities that contribute to Business Ethics throughout the medical device industry.

求められる経験
A person who has extensive work experience in the medical device industry and who
believes that promoting compliance and integrity will contribute to the development
of the company. (*Not limited to legal and compliance)
 People who are familiar with the laws and industrial codes related to the Japanese
pharmaceutical or medical device industries, or those who are not yet familiar with
them but are willing to absorb that knowledge – additional knowledge or experience
with medical device compliance in the Asia Pacific Region is a plus.
 A person who is willing to demonstrate understanding and support of the company
culture and execution of work with collaborations with others.
