AI Solution / Application Architect

Description du mandat / Mandate description:

Support a data science technology accelerators team that focuses on gen-AI technology experimentations and assessment needs for data scientists assigned to all lines of business (i.e. Prompt Engineering, Guardrails, Agentic systems, rapid prototyping, context construction (RAG), Foundation models, etc.). A secondary portion of the mandate consists of assisting in the modernization of our Data Science platform (i.e. Databricks, AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, etc.). Tasks will consist of, but is not limited to, the production of architecture deliverables (ex: market scans, capabilities analysis, security risk assessments, solution design, cost analysis, governance, proof of concepts, etc.).

Exigences minimum/ Minimum requirements:

• Proficient in serverless and multi-tenant applications architecture on AWS.

• Strong knowledge of secure development and architecture principles (Authentication, Authorization, Encryption).

• Excellent understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts

• Experience with enablement of various DevOps paradigms (i.e. DevSecOps, MLOps, etc.)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong proactivity and leadership skills

• Excellent at explaining complex and technical ideas to various stakeholders.

Technologies demandées / Technologies required:

• AWS ecosystem (i.e. Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ALB, Cloud Watch, ECS/Fargate, etc.)

• Knowledge of AI (i.e. Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Pytorch, etc.) and generative AI platforms (i.e. AWS Bedrock, Mosaic AI, OpenAI, etc.)

Autres exigences / Other requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology/software engineering or any equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience leveraging an architecture framework / methodology such as TOGAF (an asset)

Certifications et/ou expérience / Certification and/or experience:

• AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate

• AWS Certified SysOps Associate (an asset)

• AWS Machine Learning Specialty (an asset)
