We are looking for a proactive Principal with experience in consulting for defined contributions and savings plans to join our growing team in our Toronto office. Your mission (non-exhaustive list) :

• Contribute to the success of the DC and Savings practice by leveraging market knowledge and understanding client needs
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex issues, consulting with internal experts as needed
• Manage and oversee projects and resources , ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to drive their success
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance
• Ensure the profitability and efficiency of projects, managing budgets and resources effectively
• Contribute to the strategic direction and initiatives of the practice , ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications and skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in a DC and savings practice
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking , with the ability to anticipate client needs and market trends
• Expertise in developing savings strategies and delivering high-quality solutions to clients
• Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues
• Strong communication and presentation skills , with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment
• Decisive and strategic decision-making and the ability to navigate complex situations
• Share Normandin Beaudry’s values: excellence, respect, initiative, collegiality
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or other relevant degree
• Professional designations or licences, such as CFA, CAIA, FSA, FCIA, ASA, CFP or other relevant designation, are considered an asset
