We are looking for an Intermediate Copywriter to join their creative team and help craft compelling content that engages, informs, and converts to their ideal target audience.

Role Overview:

As an Intermediate Copywriter, you will play a key role in developing creative and strategic content across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and more. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, compelling, and engaging copy for a variety of formats, including website content, landing pages, emails, social media, blogs, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to create relevant and persuasive messaging.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and tone.
• Optimize copy for SEO and digital best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign development to generate innovative ideas.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing and creative team.
• Portfolio to share with a variety of written content and copy.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to write in a variety of tones and styles, adapting to different target audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with a greater team in an hybrid setting (3-4x per week in office Downtown Toronto).
