Job Description

The ideal candidate will be managing projects from inception to completion by understanding the sales process, leading the creative team, and overseeing production operations. This role is hands-on, therefore proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Max is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop written, oral and rough graphic outlines in word, PPT, In Design and other means to best direct the creative team
• Develop and direct the development of both written and oral proposals and presentation including; client tailored presentations (written & oral) and RFP’s
• Ensures appropriate collaboration and information flow between departments as well as both internal and external clients, stakeholders, and vendors as appropriate.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Max.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years in elevating design capabilities, efficiencies, and results (inclusive of research, creative & art direction and presentation) - this is a 100% hands-on role.
• Experienced in providing support (in the form of creative expertise while attending client meetings) to gather the right information to set the Creative Team up for success and maximize opportunities with clients.
• Agency experienced in required
• Comfortable with been full-time in office.
