Responsibilities:

• Connecting with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions
• Providing inside sales support, including quoting, order entry, and account follow-ups
• Answering customers’ call backs, managing order acknowledgments, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process
• Handling vendor returns, performing invoicing, filing, and other general clerical duties
• Completing daily inventory counts and managing point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and care
• Processing payments, handling cash, and assisting with reconciliation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members
