Job Description
This role involves supporting daily office operations, managing data entry, processing invoices and purchase orders, preparing export documentation, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry, reporting, and analysis for customer and production records
- Support payment processing, invoice tracking, and vendor communication
- Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and customs forms
- Maintain digital and manual record systems
- Assist with export certifications and health certificate documentation
- Handle administrative tasks and support the customer service department
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or office administration
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Familiarity with invoice or PO processing
- Experience preparing export/shipping paperwork preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
