Position Overview: The Corrugated Customer Service Representative job will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This Corrugated Customer Service Representative job requires a strong understanding of corrugated packaging products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide information about products, services, pricing, and lead times. Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the system. Monitor production schedules and communicate order status, changes, or delays. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, production, and shipping) to ensure on-time delivery. Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism. Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, delivery, or order discrepancies, and propose effective solutions. Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of corrugated packaging products, including specifications, applications, and industry standards. Educate customers on product offerings and recommend solutions to meet their specific needs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Generate reports on customer feedback, sales trends, and service metrics as required. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the corrugated packaging or manufacturing industry. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge: Familiarity with corrugated packaging terminology, processes, and product types is preferred.
