As an Automotive Call Center Operator and Appointment Coordinator , you'll be at the heart of an innovative company that’s transforming how customers sell or trade in their vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling : You’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, helping them understand the vehicle acquisition process, trade-in values, and current promotions.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Be the mastermind behind scheduling and coordinating appointments for vehicle acquisitions, ensuring customers’ needs are met and appointments run smoothly.
  • Customer Service : Make a positive impact by addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Lead Management : Keep customer records up-to-date in the CRM, track leads, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure optimal follow-up.
  • Communication & Coordination : Work closely with acquisition specialists and managers to streamline the acquisition process, update customers, and ensure timely inspections and appraisals.
  • Sales Support : Help promote additional services, current promotions, and assist with follow-up on leads, all while achieving acquisition targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or a sales environment is a big plus!
  • Skills : Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Personality : A customer-centric attitude, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a desire to grow within a sales-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Automotive Knowledge : While not required, any familiarity with automotive products and the vehicle acquisition process will help set you up for success!
