JOB DESCRIPTION
・Dr の処方に従った患者様が在宅で使用される機器のメンテナンスや導入を行う。
・担当施設や患者様宅の機器を正確に管理することにより、利益率の維持・向上を目指
す。
・既存顧客の維持だけでなく、新規処方の獲得ならびに新規顧客・市場開拓などの営業活
動のサポートを行う。
・複雑な顧客情報の収集・分析に基づく、具体的な行動計画の策定・実行を行う。
・院内ルールの遵守、倫理にかなった活動を行う。
・その他、 緊急対応
＜転勤＞
原則、転居を伴う転勤はありません。
求める経験
・学歴：高卒以上
・営業もしくは類似する経験 1 年以上
（法人・個人問わず、医療関係の資格をお持ちの方は営業経験不問）
・在宅医療に興味をお持ち方
・過去入社者の 8 割以上が医療業界未経験者です。業界未経験の方でも OJT などでしっか
り研修致します。
【業務内容】医療機器に関するカスタマーサービス
【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より 6 ヶ月）
【就業場所】全国各支店
変更の範囲：当社拠点全般。場合によっては、配置転換により当社拠点全般に異動の可
能性あり
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間：１時間
【休日】毎週土曜日（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12 月
29 日-1 月 4 日）
【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大 20 日間（2 年度～5 年度 20 日／6 年度以降 25 日付与）、
Care Leave（年間 10 日間）、Sick Leave（年間最大 30 日間）ほか
【時間外労働】あり
【給与】年収 400～550 万円 ご経験により考慮します
※30 時間分のみなし勤務手当を含む
