Job Description

In charge of digital imaging products in our customer support department

  1. Maintenance or Support of Digital Imaging products and response to inquiries from customers 
  2. Building better customer relationship through completing troubleshoot, maintenance, and repair needs designated equipment.
  3. Management to a partner company (subcontractor).
  4. Correspondence to telephone conference with the head office (Belgium) or overseas business trip (product training)
  5. Resolves any issues, provides technical support and expertise, in order to obtain customer acceptance and satisfaction. Reports discrepancies from customer upon completion of installation or support operations, in order to give valuable feedback to management and to participate in the improvement of the process and of the products.
  6. Performs in-house/onsite training for customers & partners, customizing and maintaining training equipment. Translates existing training material when appropriate.
  7. Provides customer service reports, escalates open customer issues to management, in order to have a clear, accurate and up to date documentation on company service activities.

 

Experience

  1. 3 years or above of work experience in working for Field Service team
  2. Ability to schedule and perform assignments independently
  3. Good communication skills, service and client orientation
  4. Business level English and Fluent Japanese to closely communicate with counter parts: e-mail, conference calls, overseas business trips, etc. (TOEIC 580 points or higher; JLPT N1)
  5. Those who always challenge and continue to learn.
  6. Preferred to have license “Medical Equipment Repair responsible technician certification section1”
