Jackson James are partnering with a boutique Microsoft Partner who are hiring for a Senior D365 F&O Functional Consultant who specializes in SCM to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the SCM project delivery lead.
• Gather business requirements and design functional specifications.
• Perform configuration, testing, support, and training.
• Work with the technical team to define and document user requirements specifications.
• Build client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Ensure best practice is followed and conduct quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Dynamics AX/365 F&SCM and other ERPs.
• D365 application knowledge across the SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, WMS, and TMS.
• Have a proven track-record of successfully delivering multiple lifecycle implementations of D365.
• Prior consulting experience working for a Microsoft Business Applications Partner.
• Microsoft certifications preferred but not essential.
• Solution-led approach and critical thinking skills.
• Interpersonal skills to develop client and team relationships.
