Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in data collection, and supporting various clerical functions. This role is essential for maintaining organized and efficient data systems that contribute to the overall success of our projects.. Additional responsibilities include utilizing the afore mentioned communication methods related to rental and sales listings, property availability, and lead management. The candidate must be familiar with Buildium software AND the AirBnB platform . Experience with QuickBooks online is a giant plus. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize pivot tables and other office systems to analyze and present data effectively.
• Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
• Conduct research for data collection purposes, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and relevant.
• Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
• Support clerical duties as needed, including managing correspondence and scheduling tasks.

Skills

• Proficiency in data entry with a strong understanding of office systems.
• Experience with pivot tables and basic math skills for data analysis.
• Strong clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail.
